Where does my backup data live?
Encrypted chunks live in the storage backend you configure (S3-compatible or local MinIO). The application database holds metadata, manifests, wrapped keys, and audit events — never your raw files in plaintext.
What are the agent requirements?
A Linux server with outbound HTTPS to this platform, read access to protected paths, and enough disk for temporary compression buffers. The agent handles zstd compression, chunking, encryption, and resumable uploads.
Can I restore one folder or only the entire site?
Both. Use the file browser to pick paths, restore database-only, push to the original server, or download an archive. Sandbox mode lets you validate before overwriting production.
How do you handle security?
Per-tenant encryption keys, signed agent tokens, optional IP allow-lists, two-factor authentication for users, immutable backup windows, and a full audit trail of administrative actions.
Can I resell this to my customers?
