Refund & Cancellation Policy
September 5, 2026
1. Free trials and evaluations
Orathos may offer free trials or evaluation access where advertised on https://www.orathos.com or during signup. Trial terms, duration, feature limits, and storage caps are described at enrollment and may vary by plan or promotion.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, a payment method may be required to begin a trial. If you do not convert to a paid plan before the trial ends, access may be suspended or limited.
2. Subscription billing and auto-renewal
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance by EVYNUM through Stripe on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You authorize EVYNUM and Stripe to charge applicable subscription fees, usage charges, taxes, and payment-method updates for recurring billing.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through the billing settings in the Service or by contacting support@orathos.com. Unless otherwise stated in your plan or order form, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access until that date.
Immediate cancellation options, if offered, may end access promptly and are subject to the terms displayed at the time of cancellation.
We may suspend or terminate the Service for non-payment, abuse, or material breach without refund.
4. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in a signed order form, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, unused capacity, or unused time after cancellation.
We may, at our sole discretion, issue credits or refunds for confirmed billing errors, duplicate charges, or extended outages caused by EVYNUM infrastructure excluding factors outside our reasonable control.
To request review of a charge, contact support@orathos.com within fourteen (14) days of the transaction and include account details and the invoice reference.
5. Plan changes
Upgrades may take effect immediately and may be billed on a prorated basis where supported by the billing system. Downgrades generally take effect at the next renewal cycle unless otherwise stated.
Changes to usage-based components, storage, protected systems, or add-ons may affect future invoices according to the pricing published at the time of change.
